“I was very hesitatant to allow my 15month old to self soothe instead of being feed and rocked to sleep before transferring to the crib which we had done since birth. With the help and support of the nursery team at Lumsden kindergarten, allowing my daughter to learn to self soothe was one of the best decisions we have made. After 2 weeks of starting my daughter can be put down in her crib and is asleep within 5 minutes. No tears and she finally sleeps through the night! It was hard at the start of this journey but well worth it. The biggest thank you to the lovely lady's in lumsden kindergarten nursery who reassured me through out our sleep training journey.”

He is positive about what he teaches to all of his students and insures everyone learns the real Taekwon Do in the right way. He is fair and kind and gets to properly know each and one of his students, and motivates them to achieve better and greater things every training. Ben uses a range of different training methods and improves each training by evaluating what went well the previous sessions, and implementing the success into future ones, so that they are all enjoyable no one training is the same.
