   Firstly, I want to say that my instructor Ross was fantastic he has a very good manor about him and dose a very good job of relaxing and calming you both before and during the test. I am in my 50's and have been ridding for a long time but yet it is amazing how nervous you become once you are there. And yes, even with my experience from years of riding I did learn a lot from this course. The only criticism that I have and it's not really a criticism more of a suggestion. I found it a little difficult to visually pick up some of the cones because they were not actual cones, but tennis balls cut in half. I get why cones are not the best obstacles to use however the tennis balls need to be brighter, these were quite faded. Other than that, a fantastic experience and course. Well run team.

   To start off my bike journey, I choose the S.O.P. As a complete newbie to motorcycles, not even knowing where the gears or clutch was on a bike, this training was the best decision I made for myself. As a mum of four, safe riding is my top priority, a friend offered to teach me but going with professional trainers is the best choice. Extremely direct straight to the point focused training. I loved the structure of the training, and the inspiration and energy of my instructor. I feel really supported in becoming a confident safe rider.

Caron's clear explanations and practical demonstrations made a big difference in my understanding of the basic techniques. I especially appreciated how you broke down each maneuver step-by-step, which really helped me grasp the concepts.    Terrible experience for my restricted today. I have been riding for 7 years never had a ticket never been told off by police ever. I understand the road Law 100% and had a perfect ride legally. Caron failed me based on her own personal opinion of where I should of been when a bus was parked in the bus lane (apparently I was a centre meter to close) I believe they have to fail many so they come back and pay another $200. Caron even tried to refer to my own job as a personal trainer. The main difference is that I give lessons if they are doing something wrong and would never fail someone based on my own personal opinion. Terrible experience and robbed of $200 by a personal opinion on.
