Khilood has an excellent bedside manner, lets you know everything that is going on and why, and is incredibly efficient. Not only that, they squeezed me in for an appointment with a chipped tooth. Great visit!
There’s only 1 worker including her assistant and they do an amazing job I came in because I was walking around with half my front tooth showing to the world my nerves were visible and my teeth felt very sensitive When they pulled my tooth out they were very efficient no pain no problems definitely didn’t take long getting it out 3 pulls and it was out literally big push forward big push back then one big massive pull I thought it would hurt but my tooth came out with ease Besides the wait for ACC claims and WINZ grant acceptance which is equivalent to 3 months waiting they were able to bless me with my smile this Christmas these past 3 months has been very hard for me emotionally so I’m very grateful to have my tooth back they are reasonably cheap and affordable to the point winz will help if u need that support and both the ladies you work with are very lovely the receptionist assistant is very kind always checks in to see how everything is going after appointments and always has a persistent calming attitude the other lady who does your teeth is very effective with her work I highly recommend her as her work is swift she’s persistent in telling you how to best care for your teeth and even though been paid to do one thing will also help you by pointing out what’s wrong with your teeth
Best experience I’ve had visiting a dentist. Dr.Ali and Cheryl both are great to talk and kind. Explained everything in detail and got my teeth done in a smooth process throughout. I’m looking forward for my next visit. Thank you very much.
Extremely satisfied with the professional service received today. A full explanation before the procedure and at each step of the process. A filling, clean and 2 (yes 2) extractions were treated quickly and efficiently. The whole experience was managed professionally and went better than I could have hoped for. Fears have been set aside and would be returning for follow up treatment as needed. Thanks to my dentist and her assistant Sheryl.
I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and was very nervous. khilood explained everything in detail and made me feel calm. I was checked in on through the whole procedure and given good instructions for after care. Would highly recommend.
Dentist Khilood and her dental assistant and receptionist Rhea were absolutely amazing today, very nice and made sure I was comfortable, Khilood explained everything she was going to do before starting and made sure I was okay through the entire process. My teeth look and feel so much better I’m so happy I came to Khilood for help absolutely recommend, she took away my fear of going to the dentist, definitely will be going back!
First time here and by far the best. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Great customer service. Ria the receptionist was so lovely love her. They made me feel ad ease before getting my tooth exteaction. I definitely recommend coming here. Its so affordable.
Earlier last week I had most teeth extracted, Dr Khilood Ali was amazing from first contact, she was very informative and caring throughout consultation and procedure - no pain or bleeding, can’t believe how easy everything went. An excellent dental practice. Friendly, professional and unlike any other dentist I've ever known thorough, compassionate and truly invested in their patients well being. Going to the dentist can be a scary process, the Dental care centre live up to their name, they do really care.
I only relied on google reviews when I visited this clinic and it did not disappoint. Dr. Khilood Ali is amazing! She explains the problem very well and will suggest proper treatment but is not pushy. Her hands are very gentle and she will make you feel at ease. Definitely recommended.
