   Great gym with great trainers that will help you reach whatever goals you have. I’ve been training at MTC for roughly 18 months it was a little intimidating at first but it didn’t take long for that to go away with how friendly and supportive everyone is.

   An awesome place to learn Muay Thai. Coaches are knowledgeable, experienced and very willing to help, no matter your goals. Variety of classes, like the general Muay Thai class, boxing, clinch work or strength and conditioning will give people of all levels a good insight to the sport. MTC has very welcoming, tight knit group of people of all backgrounds training and supporting each other. Cannot recommend MTC enough to anyone that is either looking to improve their fitness or have aspirations of stepping into the ring.

The coaches are very knowledgeable and approachable, and they always cater to different individuals. The gym has a close-community vibe and it's a very engaging and fun place to train. I'd recommend it to anyone who is interested in martial arts.
