“I was served by Casey, according to the receipt, 2.38pm. After going to the other big retailer, and not having the best experience, I was apprehensive about going here, thinking I would be treated the same, but no. I went in, and the first thing I was greeted with was a 'how can I help?', then I explained that I thought I needed new wipers, but wasn't sure. I was given the option, no pressure to make a purchase, if I would like new refills, or have the ones I had to be fitted back on properly. Honestly, doing a quick Google research, I thought I was in for about $100, so was really surprised that the refills were $13 each. I am grateful that Casey didn't make me feel stupid, for not knowing anything about the window wipers, and she happily did a quick check of the oil, and other levels. Would definitely go back.”

On two occasions before I used these guys I’d been told different things were wrong with my car by different mechanics but HHA said there was no issue. Definitely 100% trustworthy. I was out of luck calling around multiple places to get some caravan brake wires changed over from my Ford Ranger to my brand new Toyota Hilux SR5, no one could do it at short notice but for Roses there was never a question, they had a solution based attitude and I was treated like a priority, if you need caravan work done these guys are conveniently located across the road from Tasman holiday park, they wired the car to the caravan perfectly so the fridge is powered and more importantly the electric breaking system works smoothly. Recommend trying these guys, thanks again team @ Roses Auto Electrical”

Truck is nice and tidy and even took the extra time to reattach my phone mount, even though it was a stick on and didn’t think it’d be able to put back on.”
