   Highly Recommend – Honest, Trustworthy, and Outstanding Service I’d like to sincerely thank and highly recommend Ross and his team at Woolston Auto Services. Earlier this year, I had my car serviced there, and a few weeks later, all of the engine oil unexpectedly drained from the car. Naturally, I was panicked and contacted Ross to see if it might be related to the recent service. Ross took my concerns seriously from the outset. He personally drove to my home within minutes(!) to inspect the car and clearly explained the next steps without any defensiveness and with kindness and care. He then arranged a tow truck and had the vehicle promptly repaired at the workshop - completely at their expense. What thoroughly impressed me is Ross’s honesty and integrity. He didn’t try to dodge responsibility or argue, as many others might have. Instead, he owned the mistake and remedied it quickly and professionally. That kind of accountability is rare and incredibly reassuring. On top of all that, Ross is an absolute pleasure to deal with – entirely professional, helpful, and genuinely decent. I’m extremely grateful for the way he handled the situation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Woolston Auto Services to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic who stands by their work.    Took car in to get a wof check first off man on phone very rude! They also picked up bits n bops that had nothing to do with a normal warrent, somehow my tyre came out flat too! Quoted 220$ a tyre, ovesly thinking i desperate. Used to go here alot na! Somethings changed

   I had a low battery and thought I needed a new one, they checked my charging system , all good but battery was only delivering 62% of it's intended power so a new battery was required, mine was 7 years old so expected. They started to fit the new one which was the listed size but it didn't fit so they measured the old one and ordered it knowing I was going on holiday and needed it urgently. They had it and fitted it in a couple of hours and I was on my way for my holiday. Great service and nice people to deal with, nothing was a problem and I didn't need to book a time just drove in and the job was done at a very reasonable price. Top marks for their efforts
