   Popped in to get some milk and cream and the lady who served me was so nice. They also have a resident pooch there who was happy to offer a tail wag and a bit of attention to me. I'll gas up there next time I'm passing through. Good gas prices as well.

   recently had the misfortune of visiting Taitapu motors and I must say it was an utterly disappointing and infuriating experience. The level of rudeness and incompetence displayed by their staff left me shocked and frustrated. From the moment I walked into their establishment, I was greeted with disdainful looks and dismissive attitudes. It was evident that customer service was not a priority for them. Instead of providing a warm and welcoming environment, they made me feel like an inconvenience.

   Not only did I encounter subpar service, but I also felt an undeniable negative bias and an arrogant attitude from the Owner. Upon entering the premises, I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The mechanics appeared disinterested and dismissive, barely acknowledging my presence. It was evident from the beginning that they were not inclined to provide any form of customer service.

   Came to them after a running my battery flat and blowing a fuse. Worked quickly to patch it in order to get me home, charged a very very reasonable rate and were fantastic in their help. Would recommend to anybody in the area!

   They have a new customer for life! I went in expecting a bill for over $1000 for repairs I thought I needed. They took a look and told me what I needed and it came to just under $300! They could of easily of done the work to get more $ from me but their honest approach allowed me to save some cash. Very refreshing against previous experiences in other garages!
