Had a great chat with Tim today. Was helpful and friendly, happy to grab one of the jackets he suggested. I wasn't there for anything in particular, but he was able to show me some good product deals and explain their respective value.
Went in the store and both staff members talking to each other, didn't acknowledge me (I was in the middle of the two of them looking at a display as they were talking about 5m apart) and while I was there another customer came in they stopped greeted that person, and then another person came in, same thing stopped convo to greet them and went back to their convo. Just seemed rude, didn't say hello or ask if I needed help (like they did for the others)
Had a click and collect order to be collected from Hamilton Centre place. Needed to change the collection to Te Rapa. Spoke to Jordan who made that happen .So helpful and friendly.Pick up at Te Rapa lovely girl knew what I was referring to and carried it to my car for me. Excellent product but customer service outstanding
Went in the store in Hamilton Central. We were the only people in the store. The only staff I store was a girl who made no attempt to acknowledge us she was busy with some boxes. We left had a look around but unfortunately the product they had was the best for our needs. Came back and four people were waiting at the counter the girl was still on her own. She didn’t acknowledge anyone in the queue with just a simple “won’t be long “ or anything. So the people waiting were getting annoyed as she was very slow. At one point she did go out the back to get the manager but he never came out. Eventually we were served. I asked her where the manager was and she said he was in the phone. Honestly a terrible retail experience. Pay decent money to get skilled sales people, your turnover will increase immensely- true story.
Staff and service were solid. Molly attended to me and my partner and was very bubbly, friendly and helpful in answering all the questions we had about the shoes on sale. I don't normally call individuals out but she deserves commendation for her enthusiasm and initiative. Thumbs up!
I cannot recommend this store and staff more. I went into this store to shop twice over a three day period. Jimmy and his manager were amazing. The service was top notch every time I visited the store and nothing was ever a problem. There were a few Items I wanted that they didn't have in stock and this was not a problem. They went above and beyond to help me get these products by calling other stores. Retail is not an easy job with the diverse needs of clients but the service never changed. Great work Team you honestly rock and I will recommend your service and store to many. Thanks so much will defiantly be back again
Excellent, attentive and personalised service from Holly! She went out of her way to recommend the right shoes for the job and got the right size put on hold for me when they didn't have it in stock. Friendly and positive attitude, well done.
We visited the store today and received world class service by Simon. He helped us order the right size waterproof paints from other store which was apparently last one in the country. The shop was about to close but he was very patient in helping us select the right hiking shoes. His advices were very professional and appreciated. It was a very pleasant shopping experience, thanks to Simon!
Excellent staff and wide range of items. Keep an eye out for sales as you might just grab a bargain on something you have always wanted. I managed to get a duck down jacket $230 off the original price. So keep an eye out!
