   Booked my ss Commodore in for a wof , dropped it off 1 hour later received a very abusive phone call on how my legal modified vehicle was a price of shit and how could anyone own such rubbish, went to pick my car up was on other side of the road and about 600 meters down , have since noticed one of my mags is very curbed up from the incident so that explains the weird parking situation, will be paying them a visit

   Rob Lovell is a dishonest person. He gave my little business his vehicle to groom & detail with a promise to pay afterwards. In spite of all efforts to solve this diplomatically, he continued to refuse to pay a bill of $129 for 6 hours of work. Would you really entrust your vehicle for repairs, or even a WOF to a man who has no scruples? Avoid Lovells Garage and go instead somewhere else. I personally use Arthur Burke in Markham Street.

   we had no tools so decided to ask them to help us, we had to only take one bolt off and it would solve our problem and they charged us 20$ just to take a single bolt off and only took 1 min. and they seemed to be very rude about it and as we are teens i feel as we should not have been charged so much for such a simple job do not recommend

   We booked one of our cars in for a wof here. My partner picked it up at the end of the day and was a bit surprised when she was charged twice the price of a wof inspection as they had fixed the failed items with zero communication or authorization from us. She had assumed they had organized it with me so paid and drove away. Totally unacceptable practice. Never in all my history of getting a wof has any mechanic done repairs without first being asked.
