   One star is for the short guy with the Mo who has the personality of a goldfish and could not engage in simple human interaction with customers on Boxing day. Preferring to stand back and watch the other excellent staff do the work and simply blank customers who tried to engage with him.

   Was not greeted. Meet by an immature boy. Did not informed me what he was doing. I was wanting to buy rear indicator light bulbs for Ford Focus. Tapping away on stapler as he spent time on computer. Wondered away brought back bulbs, starting talking to another employee. I paid. Informed him he needs to improve on his customer interaction, he laughed. Bulbs were wrong ones!!!

   Smaller Repco with a decent range of products, easy to navigate. Parking can be an issue (watch out for those learner drivers at vtnz), there are a couple of disabled parks nearby. Service is hit and miss, either 5 star or 1.

   Excellent customer service, Mark went out of his way to help my eldest son get all the gear necessary to service his first car, and looked after him on prices as well. In these modern times, it was nice to see old fashioned service still exists. Highly recommend this business.
