   Took my Kia Sportage here for service. A very efficient and reasonable price. I will bring the car here in future for sure, they had a loan car available at short notice too. Dallas went the extra mile for me as well by checking for an electrical fault for which he didn't charge me the $65 fee. So grateful for this. Highly recommend Parks automotive centre.

   Claire and the team at Parks Automotive have been amazing. When Hyundai were terrible to deal with they came to the party and fixed a major issue with my vehicle at a great price. Their customer service and communication have been amazing. One of the most trustworthy mechanics I have dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks Team.

   The staff member I dealt with deserves 5 stars, but the service the company provided was not what I expected. Given they are in the car storage business, I expect them to be able to store a car WITHOUT damaging it. Not the case for me. Well done to the lady on the front desk, but for those responsible for handling the vehicles, IMPROVE. Note, I've filled a damage claim with Parks but their prices seems to be slow to action. Will update this review as necessary.

   Excellent service all round! Went to Parks with a duff starter motor - the service from Dave the mechanic was incredibly communicative and helpful from start to finish. We were meant to be travelling to quite a tight schedule so Dave prioritised our repair and kept us regularly updated with prices and timescale. He even did a quick battery check and topped up our oil free of charge! Couldn't ask for better service.
