   Terrible customer service and incredibly rude. Took my car in for a WOF on a Saturday morning as I work during the week. Car failed and had to get front break pads. Got a quote - on the steep side so had repair done else where. Took car back and was told they do not do rechecks on a Saturday and that you have to make an appointment for rechecks. Funny how I could walk in off the street to get a $70 WOF but for a recheck after not getting car repaired by them I had to book for during the week only. Absolute nonsense! Was told it states that on the form which is does after it was pointed out to me, which he should have noted when he gave the sheet to me in first place. He was very rude and got cross with me for not reading the note on the top. Most people work during the week and usually a WOF recheck only takes 5 minutes!! And I would have been happy to wait.
