Don’t waste your time or money for WOFs or other repairs. I learned the hard way that I should have stuck to a local independent mechanic. Took van in for a WOF, paid about grand a half for repairs and then had to bring it back in twice because they and/or their contractor had done such a shoddy job. Communications were confusing.
Lovely service from AA Auto Centre and Ana! I would gladly return for a WoF inspection and vehicle service.
Really great service from the friendly team at AA Lancaster this week. They took the time to understand my needs, were excellent at explaining the work required and they stuck to the timeframe and the budget we discussed. Definitely recommend!
Less chat more do. While it is lovely that your staff take a kind interest in the older generation of customers, today I waited 50 mins in the slowest moving queue of my life while each and every customer was indulged in conversations about everything under the sun except the services we are here to pay for. I sympathize with the loneliness of older people but perhaps a seperate gold card queue should be set up is chit chat about the state of the universe and what you are having for dinner is a new add on you are providing. The rest of us need to get to our next appointment before the ice age returns..
Highly recommend making your appointment with AA Auto Center Christchurch City. The team has been incredibly helpful and kind. My sister and I needed our van serviced and the mechanics got it fixed in no time! For any travellers needing help with their van this is the place to go! Thank you Ana & team for helping us out!
Fully satisfied with my experience getting a WoF here, clear communication from mechanics and Ana on reception, who is the friendliest customer facing staff member I have ever come across in this industry! Disregard the review by Zo, a grown adult who seems to be upset that the mechanics didn't spend the duration of the service cleaning her own messy vehicle, and were too busy on silly things like changing oil and inspecting safety features!

I went to this AA auto centre very first time and I had excellent service from here. I have had very good suggestion and excellent customer service from Anna was on reception and AA team.Good communication and she explained very well if there is anything additional things to fix it and more which I wasn't know about. I have had experience with AA services in Auckland but this centre giving me fantastic service and I want to be a loyal customer for them forever. Thank you very much and really appreciate your work and highly recommended this place.
I don't go anywhere else and you'll see why. 100% respect to women and 100% honest. This is the best place to get anything done and they're reliable, comprehensive and respectful. Always friendly, always explain everything clearly and they ring you to let you know things need fixing and whether you want to go ahead or not. The A++ lady at reception=priceless!!!
