   On Thursday I came in farmers and I want to buy hair straightener and a girl came Renuka . She approached me in a very decent way . And must say she should be in beauty. Because she told me about make up how to hide under eye circle and it worked for me I tried two days . She is best adviser in makeup products. Renuka I will see you soon for new products.

   Being a regular shopper at this store, we have come accross some dismissive staff member when requesting assistance, however Eddie the salesperson has been so attentive, so helpful when it came to requesting assistance with a product. His product knowledge was extensive and insightful, as well as him polite and honest. He provided us with good options for finance, and yet we were suprised to find that he was not part of the higher purchases sales team. We would happily spend money with a amazing salesperson as Eddie being there and informing us about our product choices. Thank you, he deserves a bright future in the company.

   I visited Farmers, the Base Hamilton to look for a dress in a petal-tone colour for a wedding. I spent quite a long time browing through the clothing department but I couldn't find a dress I liked or in the colour I needed. Just as I was about to leave, Tayler Jane, one of the staff, kindly approached and offered to help. Tayler took me to the counter and searched for petal-coloured dresses on the computer. She helped me choose around eight or nine different dresses in various styles and shades, and then took me to find the actual dresses on display. I tried on all the dresses and showed them to Tayler to get her opinion on which one suited me best. We both agreed that the light pink floral three-quarter mini dress looked the best on me. Tayler has a true service heart - she was patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. I really appreciate the effort she put into helping me. Thank you so much, Tayler.

   I visited Farmers and had very little knowledge about makeup, but Renuka made everything so easy for me. She explained each product so clearly and recommended shades that matched my skin tone perfectly. She was kind, patient, and truly knowledgeable. I’m extremely happy with her service.    Useless with their pricing... they had a red dot sale on and had the red dot sign over small appliances but did not say what discount was, and the beds on the sale had full sets prices listed but not the mattress only prices and yes I made sure that mattress was included in sale only bases were not... lift your game farmers, not up to customer to go chasing the prices

   Once more, Farmers has the worst selection of plus sized female fashion. When will they learn that not all larger women are 180cm tall? I don't want to have to take new purchases to have hems and sleeves altered. Why can't they just extend the size range of the much nicer Ella J range? Also I notice that once more the plus sized section is squeezed into an unattractive area beside the reduced to clear at the back of the shop. Are you ashamed to have larger customers , and want to hide us? I'll bet you don't think our money is unattractive though.

   The best furniture shop in town upstairs - fantastic service, best prices, great delivery options, Cherie and Marcus are quick to assist, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a range of whiteware too and compete very successfully with Freedom type stores. Great selection of beds too and fantastic regular sales. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   Was served by a lovely and passionate lady named Baljeet. Cannot recommend her enough! She was super helpful and even recommended an app called Stocard that I can hold my farmers card on so I can use my vouchers even if I’ve left my wallet at home. I can’t begin to express how happy I am with the experience I’ve had at farmers today. Amazing customer service.
