   Brought a vehicle from these guys about 6 months ago, have had to replace front brakes back axles and hubs with about 3 months till warrant runs out. was meant to be a 8 seater as listed on trade me but didn't get rear seats. Got sent a text to buy some of trade me. I brought this vehicle because my one had been stolen and was found crashed by the waimak airbags went on it and was a bit messed up still drivable though so traded it to them for parts i thought. When I was there the other day asking about back seats saw my plates and noticed same truck but had changed it from TX to a RS green prado. If buying vehicles from these guys better to getting AA or someone to check over it

   Ordered off website monday morning for overnight deliveru. Took 3 phone calls and 4 emails, speaking to multiple people until i finally got it the following week. Seems to be a common theme after reading other reviews.

   Ordered parts a day before, were meant to be sent out of town the next day. The courier arrived for out of town delivery but toycom had not removed the part or had ready for the courier to pick up leaving me stranded out of town for another day without so much as a phone call or apology.

   Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Took multiple phone calls and reminders to even get them to send me the rear bumper they claimed was for my truck. When it arrived, it was apparent that it was actually a front bumper for a completely different truck. Returned the bumper for a refund and waited over a month for the money. I’ve made multiple calls trying to figure out what’s going on and they just apologise and say we’ll sort it. Dishonest scum.

   After 20 odd years in the car business, I've finally found the most useless and dishonest car parts dealers in the country. Went through Partsworld for a quote on 2 parts for my 97 Prado. Got it all sorted out the day before as I was travelling from Christchurch and didn't want to waste any time. Got there and the parts weren't ready, so waited about 20 minutes after which I got the side step I needed and then waited a while longer to finally be told "No, we don't have the part we quoted you for but we have another part that doesn't fit, would you like that"? Told them no, and out of a $402 dollar deal, got a measley $60 back for the part they couldn't supply which I have now costed from another supplier at $110 plus GST. Don't go there; thieves and amateurs.
