   Helpful but I had go to counter myself, no one greeted when arrived, yet two staff appeared unoccupied just waiting for customers. When I did ask for product, they were friendly and helpful, one actually took me to isle directly showed me the product I was looking for. Though I was disappointed with their price which wasn't competitive, rather expensive. Altogether though experience was good.

   Didn't catch her name but the girl who served me today was brilliant. Helped me find the right size windscreen wiper, tricky find because it is so small. Then proceeded to fit it directly and took away the old one. So helpful, efficient and friendly. Amazing service.

   Thanks for the help today! I turned up with my windscreen wipers and a headlight bulb I had pulled out/off of my car. I wish I had asked names, but the two kind women behind the desk were fantastic. They collected the replacement items I needed, and even fitted the new blades into my wipers for me, as well as giving me advice with my headlight fitting for when I got home. Couldn't have asked for better service. Much appreciated.

   I was served by Casey, according to the receipt, 2.38pm. After going to the other big retailer, and not having the best experience, I was apprehensive about going here, thinking I would be treated the same, but no. I went in, and the first thing I was greeted with was a 'how can I help?', then I explained that I thought I needed new wipers, but wasn't sure. I was given the option, no pressure to make a purchase, if I would like new refills, or have the ones I had to be fitted back on properly. Honestly, doing a quick Google research, I thought I was in for about $100, so was really surprised that the refills were $13 each. I am grateful that Casey didn't make me feel stupid, for not knowing anything about the window wipers, and she happily did a quick check of the oil, and other levels. Would definitely go back.

   I recently visited Repco and was blown away by the experience. They have an impressive selection of accessories everything from essential maintenance items to high end performance gear. It’s clear they take keeping their stock updated and well organized. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They make you feel welcome and offer great advice without any pressure. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
