I had a great experience at this Bridgestone branch today. The people I dealt with were friendly and professional and a video summary of the work they did was texted through which was a first. They then sent a quote by email about 1.5 hours later that clearly outlined the additional work/parts my car requires. Even though they aren't super convenient to me in terms of location, I will use them again.
Came in to renew my WOF and was really impressed by the service and professionalism of the team. They were super fast, efficient, and made sure everything was done well. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service going above and beyond to pick up new tires after hours to get a camper van ready for rental after unexpected tire damage.
Poor service, and ridiculous prices... Told "oh, we just gave your pre-arranged booking to this random guy that just rocked up this morning because you were 15min late for your time", and sure, Im a bit late and that's on me, but over email they made it sound like they had nothing at all booked that day and I could just get there whenever... but it saved me $ because somewhere else did the same job (fit two tyres, balance four wheels, and wheel alignment) for $85 cheaper.
