“I was talking to Shelly on the phone today. I was hoping to get a pair of Skechers send to Paraparaumu, as the Dunedin store was the only shop in the country to have them in my size. Shelly went above and beyond to make this happen for me, rang me back within 10 minutes to let me know my shoes were on the way. Amazing service, your store manager can be proud to have you on the team. Thanks Shelly, you are a star!⭐️”

“Good value and very friendly staff, but during busy hours there may be a bit of wait to get served. Handy location with ample parking. Look out for specials and this is a good place/alternative for kids shoes especially. They also have decent goods return policy. Why pay twice as much if you are buying shoes that you are not gonna be wearing everyday as most shoes in NZL are made in China or other SE Asian nations. Recommending a visit to the store next time you are in the area and grab a bargain.”

I was unsure which size I would need and she happily found pairs in a similar style for me to try. She then took it a step further and offered to order them for me. At no time did I need to prompt her for further assistance. She exceeded my expectations...thank you so much.”

“Went in over the weekend and was served by J'Vonte, I asked to try a specific pair which didnt end up fitting the shape of my foot well and upon asking for J'Vonte's recommendations within the same brand I was bought out a few options to choose from which ended up fitting me waaaay better and also being much comfier too! I was pleasantly surprised by the level of insight the team have into their product. There's defo good service and advice out there for people who are willing to look for it, and I didn't have to look far with the team at platypus Riccarton! Awesome work!”
