very poor customer service. very first time to the shop. nobody comes to us and ask for help even though the shop is not busy. there was only two customer at that time including me. when i approach the staff they were not keen to help and walk away...
The only shoe store I've been to where the customer is a expected to walk to the counter to request a shoe size. This isn't the first time it's happened either! There were 3 staff behind the counter and they didn't come near us so I had to approach the counter to request size. Had to go back to counter 3 times for different sizes/colours. Extremely poor customer service.
Came in to exchange an online order as it was the wrong size. Adrian was super helpful in organising that for me and was super friendly and professional. great experience
Visited on Monday 15th January with my partner to buy a pair of Crocs and a pair of trainers. Honestly, the two staff on duty couldn't have been more disinterested. It genuinely seemed that we had inconvenienced their day by turning up! The counter was full of footwear that hadn't been put back on the shelves and there were large boxes of footwear also being opened on the counter, as if they'd built a little defensive wall around them. I can't believe that local / regional management aren't aware of the issue as it's got to affect turnover. We ended up visiting the shop a few doors down from Platypus and they were amazing. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere, this isn't what a customer focused business looks like.

Extremely disappointing at the volume of music in the store today. Loud enough to be a work safe infraction, the long term effects on your staff will be irreversible and it is extremely unpleasant for your customers when they can’t even have a conversation in your store without shouting at each other
No problem with shopping on line. Excellent service and fast delivery. I was very happy with my purchase, all information was on line for the product i bought. I was very happy with the shoes I bought, lovely and comfortable.

Came into your shop on Monday and Tuesday. On Monday, a lovely lad called Manakki served me. Big Smile, great service, went over and above for my son's request.
I went in a couple weeks ago to buy some doc martens. I was helped by Lisa who was able to order in the size I needed. She was fantastic to deal with. One of the few people left who is actually good at their job.
