    Dear Head Officer I am writing to raised a concerns about the service I received from the manager at Number One Shoes Napier today My daughter found a pair of shoes she liked but she couldn’t find her size I asked the manager If there was another size available but she raised her eyebrows and look like she didn’t want to help As a customer I found this behaviour is unprofessional and disappointing especially from a store manager. Good customer service is important and I hope this matter can be looked into to ensure a better experience for another customer in the future

    The team are always helpful. It's a bit more help yourself to some extent but I don't mind that as I can do my own thing and work out what I want.

    Today me and my family came in to look for football boots. We were served by the beautiful lady with pretty green hair. Thank you for making our experience easy today while I was hot and flustered. We left feeling absolutely stocked with our purchase and the boys can’t wait to get their football boots on the field tomorrow.     Lovely new shop. Went on a quiet day so not sure what the parking will be like on a normal day in these new premises. But with the move the prices have moved too.. Upwards. I got really good school shoes last year for about $60 and today I couldn't find anything under $150!

    Zero service at all, Kerrie at the counter did nothing to help anyone, too busy talking to a mate for half hour to bother paying anyone any attention. Not impressed

    This afternoon, we returned my son's faulty trainers to the Number One Shoes store in Napier. We were greeted by a salesperson at the checkout who confirmed the purchase on their records and encouraged us to choose a replacement pair. The exchange was processed quickly, and we left delighted with the outcome. The customer service at Number One Shoes has always been exceptional and we will continue to be a regular customer. Keep up the excellent work!
