Easy shop to shop around in. The staff are always very friendly, particularly the lovely South African woman who is always offering to help out
Terrible at answering phone. Was on call for 15 minutes then hung up. Called a million times and still no answer. Useless
I would like to share that I returned a pair of boots which had a fault, which can happen with anything you buy. Beverly at the papamoa store looked after me and the service I received was excellent, amazing customer service Thank you
Really big clean store with lots of selection of footwear for men woman and children...Process are a little high I felt but I guess that's everywhere u go now...
Most helpful staff. I enjoyed the experience of shopping there. Buying two prs of footwear that were very suitable for the occasion It was intended.
Not the best range or quality of shoes. The price is ok however the quality in not the best. Most of their shoes are not very comfortable. I shopped here as I was in need of school sandals, I purchased the best ones they had available but I'm not all that confident that they will last well.
