Super-friendly staff! Even though I didn’t manage to find the right shoes today, the staff has been super helpful and patient. Definitely would recommend it!
Went in today, ended up leaving and finding a different shoe shop. We know it’s holiday season and the workers are busy, but the 3 ladies working today were so unapproachable, there were more than just a few people also waiting to request they’re shoe size or just needing assistance. Pretty poor service.
Didn't have the shoes in stock just the display model. So I say can you order some? They say if they try "the order will bounce back and can't guarantee it won't be a display model anyway" very ridiculous that they expect you to pay over 100 bucks for a display model. Not sure what kinda of business they're running. Managed to get 3 pairs of dc shoes online for 100 bucks from amazon surf instead of 1 from here.

The customer service team are exactly that, ready to help and have such a fun, positive attitude! So refreshing to see this in a retail store.
I’m not sure if this is an isolated incident, because the usual reviews were rather good. But my experience there was horrible. The lady that served us was so unapproachable. She didn’t even offer to help us, didn’t even say hello. Just looked like she didn’t want to be there at all or spoken to. It just made us feel really uncomfortable. Customer service definitely needs improvement. No one wants to walk into a store feeling like a liability or a bother. If it helps, we were there on the 2nd of January.
Staff very friendly and soo helpful. It was very busy the day I went and purchased but nothing was a bother and I was made to feel special. Thankyou and I will certainly be back.
Very helpful and upbeat staff. Loved their vibes. Were quick to assist even though they were busy. Had good knowledge about the products aswell.
