I’m very sorry to see this store is closing on 28/02/2024. It has given me so much joy and I’ve bought too many. I don’t quite understand why Nike is leaving Aotearoa. I hope the new store is an outlet store. Leaving dressmart will definitely bring down the revenue of such.

Had a very bad experience with lady assistant store manager on july 4 at 4.30 pm. Its been 7 days now trying to report it no luck. Tried email, 0800 number. Dont know the manager's name or any channel where I can report. Was advised to leave a review so that someone contacts me back. Returned a shoe instead of giving me a refund they charged me again. Left my number with on last tuesday still no contacts made store never pick calls as well.
Good prices but been double charged for an item, have tried my best to sort but they have an utter incompetent management team. Check your receipts on the spot to avoid disappointment.
I absolutely loved the great sales and range of gear. Although the security guard at the door let in too many people at once, and it did become far to over crowded, once that was under control, it was an overall pleasant experience and great shop.
In terms of prices, it is the cheapest Nike gear you’ll ever come across in NZ. 40% off already discounted products is crazy! Tech fleece and shoes especially! The only downfall are customers who are demanding and rude, staff in there are only trying to do their job, then you have entitled people who shop and demand, demand, demand. It’s not fair because retail staff don’t get paid enough to be treated how I’ve seen some staff be treated in here by consumers. It’s not hard to be kind.
Good value. Normally busy on the weekend and no place to sit down and try on shoes. Aisles are narrow.

The store that has excellent service and variety of Nike products. The store also has quick fire discount offers. The staff is friendly and very helpful. All the products are original Nike products as well.
