“I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”

“Just had a wonderful experience here. A few weeks ago, I bought some shoes and a pair was ordered and delivered to me. Unfortunately it was the wrong style and I was too busy to make it in for a few weeks. After bringing the wrong style in, the manager was lovely enough to find the correct pair and order them to be delivered for me again. The staff member who helped me the first time even remembered me from almost a month ago! Absolutely lovely staff, very thorough and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.”

They've held up great through a year of rough use walking on pavement and cycling around. These weren't waterproof, but a bit of wax on the stitching has given them water resistance. 5 stars.”

She let me try on the same shoes in a different colour to ensure I had the right fit. I also had great service from another young lady last week. The flaky, golden pastry is absolute perfection, and the filling is something truly special. The slow-cooked beef infused with Sumatran spices creates an explosion of rich, aromatic flavors, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of warmth and depth. Every bite is pure magic. Not only is their pie award-winning (and rightfully so!), but their customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to courier pies all the way to Palmerston North, and they arrived in perfect condition, safely guarded by a little gingerbread man! That personal touch says everything about the care they put into their food and their customers. I would move to Rangiora just to be closer to this bakery. If you love pies that set a new standard, do yourself a favor and get here. 1000% recommended!”

“Loved this store and really enjoyed shopping here, there were some great deals on and marvelous selection. When I got back to my car my daughter messaged asking me to look for an item in Farmers she wanted. It had been a long day and with achy feet I called the store, I spoke to a very helpful young lady in the toy department, she checked that they had the item in stock and took one to the counter ready for me to just pop back in.
