    Worst customer service two staff sitting watching their phones, we’re not able to install a break on my 5 year olds bike. The exact same sized bike was there on display but the staff member said they can’t install the break because the wheel is of different shape. Me and my wife also wanted to purchase a bike for ourselves since our son started to ride by himself. Time we went at the shop: 1.10pm. Wish Torpedo was open they never turned us down.

    My mtb required repair but because I am travelling in my MH job needed to be done at short notice. Visited many bike shops in Central Otago and Dunedin and none could look at bike for weeks. Called My Ride and bike was booked in first thing the following morning. Bike was given ‘The Works’ service and worn parts replaced.     Have had work done here on my bike a few years ago and couldn’t fault them. Yesterday I took my daughter in to pick a bike and they were great. Measured her up to make sure she got a bike that would be the right size and also last her for a good amount of time. Very happy we ended up going here and would highly recommend them.
