Decided to go into this store today with a plan of doing some shopping.I had never been into Amazon before and after being completely ignored by both the staff members I will never return.What a shame as was really looking forward to a lovely shopping experience.
As an ‘oversized’ woman I feel at ease coming into this store. The staff are incredibly helpful with always helping me fit into larger mens clothing as the woman’s is too small, but always make me feel okay with not fitting into the woman’s section. This is one of the only Dunedin stores I can confidently walk into without judgement. Thank you for making me feel normal.
An absolutely amazing experience. Customer service was very kind and accommodating for an indecisive idiot like me and was able to pick out the PERFECT tie-dye t-shirt for the outfit I was trying to put together. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the clothing being sold. Will return next time I'm in Dunedin!
I went in there on a Sunday morning wanting to buy some shoes, easy peasy. Unfortunately they didn't have stock of these size and colour of the shoes I had my heart set on. I was shown alternative styles and colours but they just didn't float my goat. The sales chicks were super lovely, giving me the option of testing sizing across a few brands and gave me a few places to look to find exactly what I was after (found them on their website). Stand out customer service even though I didn't get what I was looking for, will abosolutely be back next time I need shoes.
