   Really helpful with returns from website. Can buy Skechers online and return for refund here with confidence for shoes that don't fit or style isn't good after trying at home on carpet. Skechers shoes are very good and good value when on sale (Originally posted bad review but since then have had repeated excellent service)

   Went to Rebel Sports. No service ,no stock of shoes I wanted , staff not interested in helping customers I got brushed off. Went to Sketechers spoke to a customer services girl who was extremly helpfull , found a model I liked and though they did not have my size gave me the product SKU so I could buy online which I have just done. Talk about the difference between chalk and cheese.I was in sales for 40 years and I know good and bad customers services when I see it and good customer service is getting hard to find . Well done Sketchers Botany. A+++.Highly Recommended.

   The young man yesterday afternoon, could not of cared less. He was totally disengaged and enjoyed crushing boxes by jumping up and down on them. Never assisted. Appalling. The young Indian lady was engaging friendly and tried hard. But couldn't fine a full pr of shoes. The shoe fairy had removed a L shoe obviously from the store room. Won't go back. Ever.

   Friday 4th August 1.45 pm my parents and I had the pleasure to be served by Joan and her colleague. Both ladies were very attentive while at the same time allowing us to browse at our leisure. When we needed assistance with sizing or the option of ordering from another Sketchers store, both were only too willing to help (no complaints, grimaces or rolling of eyes). My parents tried on multiple pairs in various styles and sizes. Stock was limited but with the patience and warm manner of Joan both my parents are now the proud owners of new Sketchers. Thank you Joan for your calm and genuine care of my parents. You made them feel so special and that means the world to me! Excellent service ladies. Your management need to do everything they can to hold on to you : )

   Whilst service was great and ended up buying one pair of shoes worth 130 after discount; she sadly said that UNABLE to exchange the online purchased Shoe since it's used After Pay & she (both of them) is merely a "temp". That have to come back between 9am to 5pm; when Manager will be around!!!!! REALLY??? That's spalling to be said on Friday evening at 5.30pm.

   Charmain was absolutely amazing. Not only did she help me in the store but tracked down the last pair of the replacement shoes I wanted. So kind, so helpful and so very happy to have been of assistance to us. Give the woman a payrise it's so unusual to find brilliant customer service like this.
