“Quite huge portion of food. Very friendly customer service. Good taste and highly recommended!”
“This place serves very affordable and very delicious food. I come back almost daily. It's very good. Excellent. Let the food do the talking.”
“As a customer who has dined at this Korean-Chinese restaurant more than 20 times, I can confidently say it’s a great choice when you’re unsure what to eat. My top recommendation is the “Number Nine”Spicy Seafood Noodles(Samseon Jjamppong). It’s mildly spicy, nutritious, and packed with a variety of fresh seafood like scallops, oysters, squid, and prawns, along with veggies such as carrots, greens, onions, and zucchini. The seafood soup is delicious with a slight garlic taste. The Stir-fried Glass Noodles and Veggies(Japchae) are another favorite. They’re delicious and the texture of glass noodles is silky, though they can be a bit oily for me. Lastly, the Veggie & seafood salad, green bean starch, mustard sauce on side(Yangjangpi) is colorful and appetizing, with a great combination of fresh vegetables and stir-fried meat, perfectly complemented by a mustard sauce that enhances the overall taste. The only drawback is that it gets very busy on weekends, so you might not find a seat and could end up waiting over 30 minutes for a bowl of noodles during peak times. The restaurant is conveniently located across from a Woolworths and a parking lot, so parking isn’t an issue. For public transport, Bus 25 is a convenient option.”
“If you’re after great, authentic and flavourful Indian food, then this is the place. While the ambience and service are nothing to rave about, the food beats it all! Absolutely loved the fish Amritsari, which interestingly and sadly is a rare find in Auckland. The lamb seekh kebab and biryani are fab too. Sure will be back”
“Supreme Indian food. Quality to the last. Nice service. I asked for their best Chicken dish they delivered. Miles ahead of places like Bollywood. Very Authentic. Do it tasty as ....”
“Thai restaurant, delicious taste, affordable price, warm atmosphere, friendly service. the restaurant clean good owner lovely friendly.”
“Ive been here a few times and each brings me back! I love a good Larb Salad, and theirs is very good!!! But the star today was the Chiang Mai noodles. OMG it was amazing. Khao Soi is the actual name for this particular curry, but it comes from northern Thailand, and reminded me of my visit to Chiang Mai, hence the name! I must have this again!!!! Im trying to add a photo, but so far cant....”
“Truly delicious coffee! Also really friendly staff and a nice buzzing atmosphere. It was clear many of the customers were regulars which so testament to the quality and service.”
“Amazing cultural food from North India an experience we all can try at least once in a lifetime kind and friendly staff give it a taste Whanau.”
“Connie and I came for two nights and accidentally stayed for the vibes. Somehow won a ridiculous amount of Jack Daniel’s merch (pretty sure we’re sponsored now), met absolute legends of locals, and were made to feel welcome from minute one. Food was genuinely great. Drinks flowed. The banter, however… truly terrible. World-class hospitality, bottom-tier jokes, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Left with full stomachs, new friends, and more Jack Daniel’s branding than anyone should admit to. Would 100% return.”
“Great little restaurant in Papakura. Awesome lunchtime deal combo, welcoming owner/chef and fabulous food! My hubby had the medium vindaloo and it had lots of taste! We'll definitely be back!”
“If you are looking at comment a year ago or more please try ignore. If you have visited this place over a year ago I would recommend coming in again! My partner and I felt like Thai so we came for dinner and it was SO good! Waitress need a bit of practice but these are new owners since March 2022 and it was so nice! Such an underrated place for the food that is served. Give this place another shot this food wont disappoint”
“Food was great and very filling. I found myself full way before I could finish my portion. Just that there was overpowering taste of ginger in the beef rendang!”
“Here for the second time and I have to say the food is outstanding and the service exceptional. They go the extra mile. Very warm reception, owners, staff. Will be back again and again!”
“A beautiful restaurant with great services. The food was good too. We booked on first table so it was great value for us. The indoor area is very cool despite it being a sunny day during summer, because all the windows are essentially doors that can be opened to the full.”
“Amazing! Only 5 tables, 3 for 2, so wonderfully intimate and friendly. The decor is authentically Italian and funky, and as if nothing has been touched for years (perfectly clean but not surgically sterile). And the pizza? Magnifico! And reasonably priced.”
“IG: 2Fish1Chip Order: Blue Cod, Warehou and a scoop of chips. Cost: $33.80 I thought two different fillets would be better for comparison and as a more solid baseline. Firstly, WTAF!?! The size of these fillets were ginormous!!! I had to put a can of coke next to them for scale! Both fillets were equally delicious and cooked to peak performance. The Warehou was fresh and steaky as you would expect. Tasty and filling to the very end. The batter had perfect colouring and crunch. The Blue Cod had the same battered goodness, and flesh was flaky, soft and melted in your mouth. Classic Blue Cod vibes all the way to bank! The only minor piece on both fillets was the batter. The inside was a little underdone probably due to the dense mixture, but it was only a minor blip against the entire experience. The Crickle Cuts, we’re good as well. Nice crunch before reaching the pillowy centre. The portion was twice that of an average serving. ✅ Portion ✅ Cost ✅ Taste - With an asterisk for the batter Definitely value for money from these guys. Not sure if it was a one off, but I’d be keen to go back and do check in come summer. Xiexie”
“After first reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant dining here. Well it was worth giving it a try. The service was excellent and the food delicious. We had the crispy wontons, garlic pepper chicken stir fry, coconut rice, and chicken satay. For me and my friend the portion size was perfect that I ate all of it which is surprising as most of the time cannot get through it all. We plan to go back before sadly leaving the area and do hope we receive the same service as our first time.”
“Our two families are across from Australia for Mum & Dads’ 60th Wedding Anniversary in Kapiti Village! We decided to eat in and so ordered 9 takeaway dishes from Canton Inn Takeaways & Restaurant - boy what an awesome meal. Great service as we preordered in the afternoon and it was all there packed and waiting for us on time! Each dish was absolutely delicious - great customer service and big friendly smiles. I highly recommend Canton Inn for both Takeaways or Dinning in… Craig from Brisbane…”
“Dumpling World is amazing! The dumplings are incredibly delicious, and the service is friendly. It's a must-try.”
“overall it was a delightful experience. The food was well worth it—the curries were rich and aromatic, and their stir‑fried dishes were packed with flavour. Portions are generous. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. As a slight note, the indoor seating feels a bit on the cooler side—quiet and calm, but with a chill in the air.”
“Ordered tons of food for a party of 12 and the bill came up to $18 per person, which I thought was cheap for the amount of food. I don't know what this is called, but definitely give it a try, it's some sort of deep fried bread stick wrapped in rice noodle sheet (I think) - whoever invented this is genius.”
“Authentic Taiwanese street food, good menu selections, really nice chilly sauce. Taiwanese owner operated. Love all the dishes we ordered, quick table service. Good bubble tea with well cooked bubbles, the largest size is humongous!!. Nice little shop. Moderate pricing. Highly recommend!”
“Been there 2 times and have had the same brilliant food, service, and atmosphere both times. Highly recomend this place.”
“It was a hidden gem to me! This one lace serves delicious foods and desserts! The staffs are friendly and understanding. The food was served pretty quick compared to other Chinese restaurants. The place is very crowded most of the time because of the food quality and vibe. Convenient location, heaps of parking at church corner. Highly recommended and we surely will visit again.”
