Very popular spot — you definitely need to book ahead. Dishes are good proportion and flavours are solid overall. We ordered the black pepper pork, but it took around 15- 20 minutes to come out, so just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times.
Came in for lunch only person dining in. Ordered Braised Pork on Rice $19 for lunch. Portion size is generous and the taste is delicious! This dish is well made with slices of potatoe and some preserved veges that add a crunch. The pork belly it self is well braised. The meat is tender and the fat melts in your mouth. Inside decor is nice can see myself bringing family I here for dinner. Great find wasn't expecting a braised pork on rice this good!!!
I just got a door dash delivery from this restaurant. They are fantastic and listened to my extra instructions for the beef soup. I asked for more tofu egg whites mushrooms and they did. It’s an amazing soup. The egg fried rice and green beans with mince also very delicious. I will continue to order from here!
Really delicious and authentic northern Chinese food (北方菜)Thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered. My personal favourite was the eggplant (風味茄子) - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a special sauce which has a combination of spicy, salty, sweet and a hint of sourness. My second favourite is the deep fried pork (鍋包肉) which also has a tasty sauce with it. The restaurant environment is clean and tidy with a modern look. The staff were friendly and attentive.
Here for the second time and I have to say the food is outstanding and the service exceptional. They go the extra mile. Very warm reception, owners, staff. Will be back again and again!
A $88 roast duck with a non-authentic sweet sauce. The service was slow. Because there was a hair in the first pot, after changing it, the taste was worse. Won't come again.
This is a great experience. The chef accommodated our requests to cook the food exactly the way we wanted（we don’t eat spicy) The food was fresh, not greasy, and the environment was clean with excellent service. The price was reasonable, and the bill was easy to understand. This is our second time dining here, and we will definitely come back with friends again.
It's definitely worth a visit for authentic Chinese cuisine. However, a little on the expensive side. We had a good time, though.
