   Disappointing Experience at Salt Pepper We ordered spring rolls after looking at the menu, assuming they would be Indian-style, because we have always eaten Indian-style spring rolls at Indian restaurants. In New Zealand, every Indian restaurant we have visited so far serves spring rolls in Indian style. Based on this expectation, we placed our order and were given the food packed to take away. However, when we sat in our car and started eating, we were completely shocked. After opening the pack, we found frozen, very small (around 2-inch) spring rolls, simply deep-fried and served to us. This was absolutely not Indian style. We felt extremely disappointed because this is not what we expect from an Indian restaurant. Until today, we had never experienced frozen, ready-made spring rolls being served in an Indian restaurant. Restaurants should be clear about what they are serving and should respect customers’ expectations. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and transparency in the future.

   Never ordering chilli chicken from these guys, its my second time i ordered n i got my chilli chicken with no capsicum no other ingredients apart from only onion n chicken , looks like chicken munchurian recipie, which is miles away from chilli chicken taste . Supper gutted , never ever ordering any curry from them again

   Ordered takeout with uber eats, food is nice but usually when you order curry you get rice with the curry, but they seemed to have forgotten. I ordered extra rice on the side so I didn't miss out this time. Despite that the curry is delicious with moderately big portions compared to other places I've been to.

   Despite forgetting the sour cream for my wedges, food is good. Everything was piping hot when it arrived via Uber Eats. Creamy and delicious butter chicken. Rice was cooked perfectly. Wedges were very crunchy- not soggy at all. Garlic naan was huge and had a really nice flavor to it. Overall, great food- that I'll forgive them forgetting the sour cream.
