   Very disappointed visit. The portion of the food is really small compare to the price. And the dish i order is tasteless compare to other Korea restaurant i have been to in nz. The side dish kimchi is too sour and feel over fermented. No service at all, not recommend.

   Fried Chicken is delicious, but some chicken nuggets don‘t taste fresh. Tteokbokki are delicious, and Jajiang noodles are delicious. sour pork not recommended. And when we ask for more side dishes, the owner can tell us that we need to pay extra or refuse, instead of changing the service attitude. The table behind us cursed in Korean, giving us a very uneasy atmosphere. Foods are good but won't coming next time.

The owners' care for guests made the experience memorable. The restaurant's ambiance was tasteful and cozy. This place is a hidden gem in Hamilton that deserves recognition for its outstanding food and kind-hearted owners. I highly recommend visiting for an unforgettable dining experience.

   I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your restaurant. My 17-month-old child accidentally spilled some food on the high chair table and floor. It is natural for young children to be curious and still developing their motor skills, and spills can happen. However, the reaction from staff members (owners?) was disheartening and left me feeling upset. The individual in question, appeared visibly annoyed and gave off a sense of impatience when they noticed the spilled food. Rather than providing assistance or offering a kind gesture, their attitude suggested annoyance and a lack of understanding towards the challenges of dining with a young child. As a parent, I understand the importance of teaching my child table manners and cleaning up. However, I also believe that a family-friendly restaurant should demonstrate empathy, patience, and a willingness to assist in such situations. Unfortunately, the response we encountered did not align with these expectations. I must stress that the purpose of this complaint is not to be confrontational or to seek compensation, but rather to highlight areas that require improvement. I strongly believe that every customer, including families with babies, should be treated with respect, care, and attention to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. I hope you will address this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure a more pleasant experience for families dining at your establishment. I look forward to seeing the necessary improvements in the future.

   Don’t underestimate this great little spot! The food is 20/10 and really a steal for its price. If anything, you have to go there to try the dumplings, the generous portions make it a meal of its own. It’s evident that it’s owned by people who love what they do. I’ll definitely be back, thank you so much!

   The place on first impressions is a bit shabby but the food is so good. I'm so glad I looked past the decor and gave this a try. I have the pork BBQ and then came back the next day to have it again it was so delicious. Really good food. Check the pork BBQ.. you get all this for $19.50
