Friendly and authentic Chinese restaurant. Food was tasty. Peking duck could be tastier and should have been served before the other dishes. There are a few car parks located outside.

Great selection of most authentic Chinese dishes. Great yum cha selection if you want a tasty Chinese brunch. A good range of spice levels and some good Sichuan pepper dishes.

The service was friendly, but I found the food quality lacking. The dim sum wasn’t great, especially the shrimp dumplings—the skin was too thick. The turnip cake didn’t taste like turnip at all; it felt more like eating a flour cake. While the prices are reasonable, I’m not sure I’d be tempted to return.

Amazing dining experience! The Boiled Fish w/ Pickled Vegetable was incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and came in a generous portion. The Hot and Spicy Chicken Knuckles were another standout—packed with heat, bold flavors, and absolutely delicious! We celebrated my dad's birthday here and had such a memorable time. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys authentic, flavorful dishes. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a hidden gem to me! This one lace serves delicious foods and desserts! The staffs are friendly and understanding. The food was served pretty quick compared to other Chinese restaurants. The place is very crowded most of the time because of the food quality and vibe. Convenient location, heaps of parking at church corner. Highly recommended and we surely will visit again.

Our first visit. It's a hit and miss for some items. Some tasted bland and ingredients are very little compared to other dim sum places. Pastries items are very well made though.

The first time come here. for the wonton soup, there's no taste at all. its like a water and soup only. and for the roast duck and roast pork, pan fried turnip cake, its less taste. but i like the pork siumai and the xiao long bao.

Pretty cheap compared to other Chinese restaurants. Service was good, the owner lady tried to bargain us to buying more rice which was quite funny. The food isn't seasoned as much as your typical average restuarant but the good thing is the oil that they use feels fresh and less fatty. The sweet and sour chicken was quite sour but I liked that part even though others would disagree. Mapo Tofu was disappointing, more spices and more seasoning would perhaps fix it. The lady also suggest Honey Roasted Walnut Beef Cubes, which was surprisingly soft but not my type. This place is not for me but if you like less seasoning and a cleaner plate, this is for you.

Have tried Chinese cuisine at other places before but i think this one was the best. Tried there chicken dishes (kongpao, ginger, and fried knuckles), perfectly cooked full of flavours and quite good serve size. 10 on 10

Nice place to try Chinese food in Christchurch. Generous portion and good pricing too. Not too happy about the cleanliness but overall good experience.
