“Great variety of day hikes in Belmont Regional Park. We went to the Trig. Fantastic panorama.”
“Lovely little hidden gem, stunnung tracks set amongst tranquil, native bush, not far from christchurch. walks with good options for just a leisurely easy walk to a more adventurous 2hr hike. We did the loop track, which is about 50 minutes but we took our time and took in the scenery so were out there for awhile, pretty moderate. Very beautiful.”
“Great spot... Oxford lions club done a great job. Picnic tables and a pergola..toilets, really nice place to stay... Wide variety of camping styles here tonight.”

“The best sushi in Hamilton in my opinion. The salmon, avocado and cream cheese and the vegetable tempura are my absolute favourites! But I like almost everything lol and they also give free miso and are very friendly, welcoming and have good customer service. Also if something isn't there that you want to eat they'll make it for you if you ask.”
“Wonderful service. Above and beyond. Loved the store and layout. The manager served us and couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about what we were interested in.”
“These guys are the best hands down, amazing service on the car replaced what needed to be done, definitely fair prices compared to the other mechanic sharks around, and even better I was 10mins up the road, couldn’t make it in time before they closed, they even sent down someone to pick me up, can’t recommend them enough!!”
“Absolutely lovely to wander around. Calming and natural. Also great to see locals making use of the facilities. The monarch butterflies and caterpillars were a treat to see!”
“This is a little secret but worth to go to. Take the walk from the city to these ruins... really lovely !! The photo below is a model sen at the Parry Jauri museum....”
“French Bay is a very quiet and lovely beach in Auckland. My husband and I went there on 19/10/2023. We had a relaxing stroll there and enjoyed the magnificent views near French Bay Yacht Club. We highly recommend you to visit there if you live near there or drive past there for a walk.”

“Great scooter/skatepark for the kids with adjacent playground and public toilets. The mini trains next to it run every Sunday from 1 to 4pm as well, and they are always a hit with the kids! Moreover, the Halswell Library is a short drive away. It's large and well-stocked with a cute café and swimming pool that opens in summer.”

“Nice setting for a meal, beautiful gardens to go wander around and spend some time with family. Food was superb, I think they didn't had their regular front of house team on as service was a little unsure of themselves. The brisket was top notch and filling. Good size portion for the price.”
“Very good place to have a barbecue with big family or friends. Or walk with your dog. And children will be happy to play here.”
“2024: Holy Moley!! That Fresh Cream Donut just blew my mind! Every component was perfect, soft fluffy donut filled with velvety fresh cream. Everyone within the Auckland area and beyond, set your cross hairs for this delight. 10/10”
“Auckland Zoo is an easy standout. The staff and volunteers are genuinely friendly and make the whole place feel welcoming. The animals look well cared for and the habitats are clean and well maintained. Plenty to keep the kids entertained with lots of space to explore and learn. Also, the coffee at the front cafe is surprisingly good which is always a win. A smooth, enjoyable visit from start to finish. Great place for families. Parking was closed due to renovations, so we had to park near MOTAT. Nice walk through the park though.”
