   DO NOT GO THERE !I usually do not post reviews but I absolutely had to specially after I have read previous negative reviews that are another version of my experience. First of lets start after he has taken the Xrays. He made me feel like my situation is one of the worse he's seen, left me in tears, other dentists looked at the Xrays here and overseas and all told me that its a common procedure and i basically needed a redoing of an old root canals. not a mission to mars ! not splitting the atom. just a root canal re-do. he wanted to charge 2800$ for a root canal but after the 1st treatment I would never come back. i paid him 1400$ for 15 min basically., i went into the room thinking its going to be a dental surgery. he told me that NO other dentist can do the same job, not even in Turkey, Thailand or Fiji !!!!. of course it's his strategy to extract enormous amount of money from me. he explain that sooo many teeth need redoing ( not true according to other dentists) during that 15 minutes first appointment to the root canal he said ANY mistake can crack the crown and cost me much more. YET! the whole of this 15 minutes WHILE he is working on what he said an extremely sensitive procedure, him and two ladies around  me were talking and laughing and joking SO LOUD like they are sitting in a BAR! . So loud ! WHILE he's drilling into my TOOTH ! the highly sensitive procedure as he described it. i told him ill go overseas and get others treated. he claimed that whole of fiji there is not a SINGLE dentist who can do a root canal re-do. he claimed that ONLY him know to do it and he's basically teaching dentist in Fiji how to do it. ( scared tactics) his receptionist was the rudest i have encountered. when my card didnt work ( it was a new card just sent to me) she was laughing at me ! smiling with a smurk on her face. not only that when i was on the dentist chair i had a little gold bracelet in my hand that i accidentily dropped while i was sitting on the dentist chair, i came home called them right away to say i dropped it on the chair.  she said yes she FOUND it .. but i have to DESCRIBE IT. can you guys imagine this ? how many people drop a gold bracelet and you find it straight away but I HAVE to describe it. this dental practice should be investigated for their lies, unprofessionalism, scare tactics and prices. REFUND ME!

   I had a root canal done by Dr Aziz and team. From the outset, they have remained communicative, friendly and helpful. I have dealt with many professionals in my life, and this team are easily one of the best. From the greetings at reception, the chatter and banter with Dr Aziz and his assistant, to the professional and caring attitudes, they are top of the class. This includes their referrals, attention to detail and making sure you are ok. I read some of the negative comments for this team, little of it to do with how they were treated or how good the team were. It was more about money and how they could not afford the treatment, really unfair and not a true reflect of this team. Keep it up Abdul and team.

   I am really grateful to everyone at The Endodontic Practice- Charlene and Amy were both so kind and helpful given my tight timeframes for treatment, and Dr Abdul and Kelly made the root canal treatment a surprisingly positive experience with their light-hearted conversation. I felt well informed about everything from the cost to the after-care.

   I left my appointment nearly in tears because of how I was made to feel. I’m sure the practitioners here are great at what they do but the pricing is extortionate!!! I was referred by my dentist so it’s not like I chose this clinic of my own accord. I waited months for the appointment. When I got there I explained my financial restrictions and although Dr Aziz was friendly I felt really pressured and pushed into getting my root canal done with them and judged for not being able to afford it. I was in the room for all of about 10mins and was charged $350. I also found it really strange that the receptionist was also the one assisting during my appointment. They wanted to charge me near $3000 all in for one root canal, luckily a friend recommended a lovely dentist who charges $1500 and could see me in 2 weeks time.

   The root canal I had done in Japan years ago started hurting recently, so I went to a dentist and was referred to here. I was in lots of pain, but Charlene at the reception was really kind and patient, making sure to put me on a waiting list. Turned out getting root canal re-done wasn't really an option for me, but Dr. Aziz was to the point and he put me at ease knowing I've done everything I could before removing the teeth. Thank you for everything!

   Awful! The worst dental clinic you may want to go! I have never seen such irresponsible and unresponsive clinic in my entire life! I had a tooth which required a root canal treatment by a specialist… unfortunately the dentist who visited me emailed a referral letter to this centre. I didn’t hear back from them for about 3 months!!! (Just for booking an appointment) and every time I gave them a call to follow up they said “oh, something is wrong with out email system!!!”. Finally after six month of waiting, they booked me an appointment on 29th Dec. However, just two days before my appointment, they send me a text message (not ever bothered themselves to give me call!!!) and said “oh! sorry we want to close the centre earlier than we expected on 28th Dec which means we have to cancel your appointment!!! but we can book you another appointment in a 3months time in March!!!!!”. A few days after the cancellation, I had to admitted at the Hospital due to severe tooth infection and I had to extract my tooth… all because of their irresponsibility… They knew that my tooth was infected and I was in a lot of pain, but they never cared… they even refused to send the referral to another centre… I am very young but lost a tooth just because of them… I don’t know how clinics like this, are permitted to work in NZ… such a shame!

   I went into my appointment feeling low, and left with a smile and a fixed root canal! How many people can say that! Everything about this experience was positive, from the friendly reception, to the warmth and openness of Dr. Aziz and his assistant. He was kind, entertaining, professional and efficient. I had to leave earlier than usual to take my mother to another appointment, and he made sure everything was done in time while still doing an excellent and thorough job. Can’t recommend him enough.

   I can not recommend this practice enough. Everyone in this practice is outstanding, from being welcomed by their amazing receptionist, to the wonderful work the dental team provided. Dr Abdul Aziz and Kelly, you did a fantastic job at making me feel super comfortable after coming in with a horrendous tooth infection. Not only did you take the pain away, but you provided entertainment. Your banter was hilarious and your work was impeccable. I left your practice going, who knew I would love a dental experience so much. The second time, to finished the root canals, was just as enjoyable as the first time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the pain away initially and providing the highest level of care. If you need a root canal, this is where you need to go. Thanks again to everyone at the Endodontic Practice
