“Had the 8-course tasting dinner with wine pairing and it was such a great experience. Every dish was packed with flavour and looked amazing on the plate — you could tell a lot of thought went into the menu. Some combinations really surprised me, like the beetroot carpaccio with macadamia crusted feta, and the smoked eel with caviar — so good! The wines were perfectly matched to each course, starting with a crisp Champagne and ending with a bold Pinotage. It really brought out the flavours of the food. Service was spot on — the team were friendly, easy to talk to, and kept the evening feeling relaxed but still special. We never felt rushed, and everything flowed nicely from one course to the next. Left feeling full, happy, and impressed. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who enjoys great food, wine, and a memorable night out.”

“I had a lovely experience at Cornwell Park Cafe! The coffee was rich and smooth, brewed perfectly – just the right balance of strength and flavor to start the day. I also tried their avocado toast with bread, and it was fresh, vibrant, and satisfying. The avocado was creamy and well-seasoned, sitting on nicely toasted bread that had a great crunch. The presentation was simple yet inviting, and the overall vibe of the cafe was cozy and relaxed. A great spot to enjoy a quiet breakfast or catch up with a friend. “A cool little childcare centre. Because it’s smaller it feels more like family. The teachers are great and work really well as a team to give great care and communication about what’s happening. We really like the fact that the outdoor spaces are big and have real grass growing rather than artificial.”
