   We were there for pub quiz….. The quiz and host were great. The food was decent, yet a bit over priced. Still a good space…….. Big issue, is the service and in particularly the manager. She was rude and non welcoming. She rolled her eyes at us ordering drinks. This is not a one of occasion and have found the manager in general really rude and disrespectful. When entering the pub, the feeling is “we are inconveniencing her and her staff”.

   We had the pleasure of visiting here during an extremely busy time in hospo during our Auckland visit. Brittany was exceptional. Our table was reserved, food was excellent, she was attentive to drinks making sure we had everything we needed. The venue was everything you see in the pics! Great location for pre drinks and dinner before any concert. Brittany, you made our night!

   Super friendly and attentive staff, they made us feel very welcome from the second we walked in. Really nice ambience and lots of space to move around and places to sit down. We visited on the steak special night, was great value for $29 including choice of 2 side dishes . Will definitely be back .

   It’s our first time here and we came for their steak night. Absolutely amazing 250g Angus sirloin for $29.90! Yes, for everything on the plate! What a great value and so delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. Kudos to the chef! And every server was so nice and attentive. I would definitely come back again.

   Positives- food was fantastic and came out quickly. Good value for money. Prawn cocktail salad was so yummy Negatives- the lady who initially served us was really rude and rolled her eyes, didn’t give us water or anything, didn’t serve us until we went up to her after she had told us to sit down (it was very quiet and we waited about 15mins). We had to complain to the manager who did her best to help which made a difference.

   Dropped in for a couple casual drinks and some snacks early afternoon. Great selection of tap beer, wine and bar snacks. Heaters keeping the entire place nice and cozy and friendly attentative staff. Stella Artois on tap is the best!

   Nailed it! Been here a few times and it just does not disappoint. The fish tacos are delicious, with a beautiful piece of fresh fish. The beef nachos, and I'm making a big call here, may be the best in town! Big portion, fair price, delicious tender beef, light corn chips... I mean... Wow! Extra points for Tuatara beer on tap. Well done, guys!
