   purchased a strapless bra based on the stylist’s recommendation, but the size I was given was completely incorrect and the bra was out of shape. When I tried to exchange it for the correct size, I was refused. The store manager stated that they do not offer exchanges—something that should have been clearly communicated before taking payment. I feel I was misled into making this purchase, and the lack of transparency around their product policy is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others not to rely on their stylist’s recommendations and not to make a payment unless you are absolutely confident in the product you’re purchasing. Will never buy from them again.

   I had the most incredible experience I have ever had in an underwear/lingerie store, I was served by Laura today and she was fantastic, she was incredibly helpful finding me sizes and items I was interested in and when it came to trying on she made me feel so comfortable, I have never had such an experience like what she gave. I was taught about the different styles and what suits and what size properly works for me without any form of discomfort, cannot thank her enough, recommend to everyone going to that store to ask for Laura she is fantastic. Thank you so much ❤️ so kind and thoughtful 10000/10

   Went to Bendon Lingerie with my friend on Saturday, had been putting off getting my bra properly sized for months but thought I might as well considering they have a free bra fittings. Went in and immediately got a lovely warm welcome by a worker named Gorda. I was so nervous to get fitted with having anxiety in general but she made it such a pleasant and nice experience, she never made me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience (even though we were in there trying on lots of different sizes for a good 30+ minutes) and was very professional at her job. Ended up finding the most perfect bra size and grabbing 2 bras which are so comfortable it feels like I'm wearing nothing while still being fully supported with a larger chest size. So so happy with my experience :)

   Horrible place makes you not want to shop there 3 staffs in the checkout counter chatting about customer and gossiping judgemental looks and what not. I think Bendon should just have a little tea spot for them so they can enjoy there gossip sessions there. If possible could have given 0 stars

   Came in today for a fitting and the store manager (i didnt wanna stare at her name tag too long so i missed her name but saw store manager on it) was the only one working at the time. She was so sweet, supportive and helpful. Made me feel a lot more confident and comfortable! There was a huge sale too so the normal total of $280 was brought down to $84. So good!

   I went to store on a Saturday recently and bought underwear. While there I complained how bra straps always slide off my shoulders and how annoying this was. The salesperson who I think was called Sasha ( apologises if I have that wrong) recommended a new product which sits on yoyr shoulder and are ? Latex. These are brilliant and I am forever indebted to you. I have had no further problem with them and several of my friends have gone and purchased them. Thank you so much Sasha for your kind suggestion.

   Around Black Friday I purchased some bras from here and the sales people were lovely! I unfortunately had some issues with the fit and wanted to return the bras and look to see if they had another size. I went in last week and the girl who spoke to me was quite nice and helpful but the manager, a shorter blonde woman, was so unfriendly and standoffish I did not want to be in the store. She didn't make eye contact with me once, she looked disinterested and seemed like she was really judging me or just wanted to pretend I didn't exist. Seriously bad vibe, maybe she was having a bad day but I wouldn't go in the store again if I saw her there.

   What a fantastic customer experience! For the first time since I was about 13, I had a bra fitting which was a revelation. Sylvia was extremely helpful and patient as I tried lots of styles, and there was no hard sell. Highly recommended. I'm very pleased with the bras I bought (excellent prices too!).
