“Refreshingly good customer service from a New Zealand company. And you would think I would have to pay a premium for this, but in fact all three car insurances were lower than State's. I appreciate nothing more than sitting down during work hours, thinking I am going to be in for 15min of being put on hold, and finding I am speaking to a polite, helpful and knowledgeable customers service rep. I have always heard good things about MAS from their customers. Keep up the great work.”
“Pieter is a wonderful GP and has been looking after our family for years. He is always kind, caring, patient, and professional. Our entire family has remained registered at his practice even once we moved across the bridge several years ago. As a medical family (two doctors and a pharmacist), we recognise and value his professional and compassionate care, and recommend him to anyone looking for a GP.”
“Highly recommended for both massage and accupuncture. Sam, Emily and Jason are knowledgeable in alternative treatments and give sound advice above and beyond what your ailments are.”
“The new patient on board process with simple. The booking was easy and quick. Jack helped me extracted two rotten teeth. He was quick and made the process almost painless despite the teeth broken during the extraction, added much complication. After that, I was unfortunately to have infection. He didn't just give it a wash, some antibiotics and send me home. He called up a few hospitals to make sure I'm okay. It sucks that I ended up having to stay overnight at the hospital due to the swelling, but I know I'm safe and in good care here compare to being at home. For the affordable price doesn't match the professional care you get, highly recommend!”
“I cannot thank all the staff at the eye outpatients enough. My surgeons Rebecca Stack and James Corbett who were both amazing when they performed my eye removal surgery at the Christchurch eye surgery clinic in Papanui and all subsequent post op visits, And to the Nurses who went out of their way to provide me the very best of care during my recovery and post op visits. I hope you enjoy the Orchid plant I brought you all as my thank you.”
“Big shout out to the doctors and staff in the ED Hastings, thank you for all you done. You were all amazing in every way possible. To the staff in A1 ward thank you for the care also. Special thanks to the paramedics that cared for me during my journey to Hastings ED”
“I love this place. They treated me and my family with the highest of respects and they watched over my 3 nephews and niece till I got there from Hamilton. They provide WAY more then I thought they would and everything we need was right the with no arguments, no attitudes or dirty looks they were the best and my heart is full of love for the nurses, doctors, surgeons, cleaners, laundry, reception JUST Everyone and I can't thank them enough”
“Couldn't breathe, went to Waitakere Hospital Emergency. Explained my situation, immediately sent to the emergency room, blood samples taken, and all wires put my body to monitoring my condition. Yes, New Zealand has a shortage of doctors problem, but all staff from reception to nurses, caregivers and doctors are professional and friendly and tend to help. After 8 hours in the emergency room, doctor diagnosed based on all test results, transferred to ADU, then hospital room. Had right treatment, and could go home after 36 hours in the hospital. Thank you for everyone work in Waitakere Hospital Emergency.”

“The team at vet services have been kind, helpful, understanding, and above all absolutely brilliant with the treatment and care of our family cat especially with the circumstances we have had to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough, and a big thank you to Yvonne for being communicative every step of the way, she has been nothing but amazing.”
“Really lovely atomsphere, my mum is really well taken care of, it's not an easy task looking after the elderly, and it's great to see the effort and care that the staff puts in. The hospital changed management 6 months ago, at first I was feeling a little uneasy about this change but the new owners are fantastic and they have fixed and tidied the place up to make it more comfortable to live in!”

“Had an amazing experience with Aimee, she is warm, helpful and understanding. She was a big help in treating my condition. Thank you Aimee, keep up the amazing work.”
“I am grateful for the warm service both on the phone & in person for x-rays. I thought that the team went the extra mile to assist & were professional & friendly, it was a much less clinical more friendly radiology clinic compared to others I have been to in different parts of Auckland in the past. Thank you, for your kind service.”
“good doctors.so friendly and supportive.thank u”
“Absolutely lovely set up inside, beautiful designed entrance and seating area. The professionalism & friendlyness of all staff I dealt with put me right at ease for the first time I had what I had done. Everything is so clean, I even loved the robes they provide, instead of stark hard hospital gowns, they have nice soft, beautiful ones which add's to putting one at ease. The way the radiographer explained everything to me, incredibly professional. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend as your choice of where to go for all your scans.”
“Great rest home and hospital for us, and the only Chinese rest home and hospital in Auckland. We are well informed of my dad's progress, staffs there are friendly and helpful, and keep us informed of the patient's situation all the time. My dad never had any complaints about the services he received, so we are happy with them.”
“The Eye Clinic has an amazing team. I've been coming here for almost 18months off and on and my needs have been taken care of with respect. The nurses are upbeat and have a good sense of humour. Parking can be hard to find at times. But with a bit of patience, you soon find one near the entrance. Thank you Dr Hutchins and team.”
“Over the years Family Action have always been there, offering support and guidance for both my daughter and I. We are forever grateful. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. Thank you!”
“From the receptionists to Dr. Albert Yoon, everyone was warm and accommodating. While waiting to be called, I noticed how kindly the receptionists spoke to each patient. Dr. Yoon is highly skilled and addressed my concerns with my hand and thumb effectively. Wishing the team continued success in bringing ease and comfort to all your patients. Thank you!”

“Was referred to Tony Edwards in St Johns by my physio for shoulder pain and loss of mobility which only seemed to be getting worse. Tony diagnosed as frozen shoulder within a few minutes and promptly had me on a rehab plan, after a few weeks I was pain free and recovering. Excellent professional, friendly specialists.”
“Highly recommend Olivia Smart. She has continually listened and helped me on numerous occasions when GPs wouldn't. I am very grateful for her specialist treatment and care.”
“I noticed so many poor reviews, and they didn’t seem fair so I wanted to add my own. I brought my dog in and ended up having an overnight stay. Was it expensive? Yes. It’s an emergency, after hours clinic- I expect it to be costly. Did I wait a long time? Yes, there were other animals that needed higher priority care. Did they take good care of my boy at the end of the day? Yes. I interacted with MANY staff members and they were all kind, empathetic, and genuinely cared for me and my dog. They broke down the cost of things and added up the prices at every step to let me know where we were at and what my options were. When my dog had to be admitted over night they let me stay with him as long as I needed and gave me tissues and offered me the kitchen to make a hot drink. I got to see how the girls in the back talked to the other animals there and I was comforted knowing I could leave my boy with them because he would receive that same quality of care. They assured me over and over that they would call if anything happened or that I could come back at any point in the middle of the night. And they did. At the end of the day- nobody wants to have to have a pet emergency. Nobody wants to spend $1000 and wait hours in a clinic. But the staff here were so wonderful and I appreciate every single one of them for how they treated me and my boy.”
“My wife and I have been coming to this practice for three and a half years and rate its efficacy highly. From those taking the phone calls to those on the front desk; from the nurses to the doctors; all play their part in putting patients at ease. In particular, we have always been impressed with our own GP, Dr Belton, who is an attentive and responsive listener able to sum up a medical situation effectively and deal with it professionally. We are grateful to all who have directly or indirectly assisted us with our various maladies.”
