Unless is convenient for them, you’re no good. Horrible care for people. When asked for an appointment for my daughter, I was told I need a referral from GP. Got that! Then they said they can’t accommodate her. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for 5 and a half years! Disappointed is not enough for how I feel.
Absolutely shocking!!!!! Just called and an unfriendly receptionist answered who told me I need to get a referral from my dr (My daughter has a rashnonnher neck).When I asked her if I get a referral today when would the 1st available appointment be which I can get, she told me she had no idea. How on earth do you not know when an appointment will be available??? She sounded very irritated and just wanted to get me off the phone. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!

Service at SKIN Dermatology is always amazing. Dr Ben Tallon is amazing at what he does and the team of nurses and the reception team always makes you feel so welcome and comfortable.
I have had nothing but difficulty in communicating with the admin team at the service. I had a waiting time of 6 months to see doctor. I then was offered a cancellation after 5 months wait. I was desperately driving to that appointment this morning in peak traffic that wasnt moving. I called and got no support or help. They just told me that they cancelled my original appointment for April and that I would now go back to the end of the waitlist that will be at the end of the year. Absolutely upsetting and disappointing about the lack of consideration and care. My advice don't waste your time here, go to a different skin doctor. Save you waiting years
Amazing friendly staff made you feel so welcome. Surgeon and assistant nurse did a great job as did Dr Abbot. Coffee and carrot cake was welcome and altho I didnt have the cake the others did and enjoyed it.
My husband had surgery few months ago. He was absolutely very happy. His Surgeon is so good and highly qualified. He has the experience and has well educated professional background. The facilities are modern. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
