“Took in a ring to get sized, 22ct gold. The price of getting it repaired was $60, ring was re sized the same day. $60 was very reasonable, as the ring needed to go up about 4 sizes and it was 22ct gold. I had a ring sized at the gold ore the week before, which cost $80 and it was only 10ct gold. It took them 2 weeks to resize it, and they did not call me when it was done. I had to keep going in to enquire whether it had been resized. The level of service between the two jewellers is not comparable. Will definitely be going back to Shalla.”

“This is a personal message to the owner. I mean this out of love and not out of any harm. I came by as I saw the vast amount of items and boxes in the shop which intrigued me. Though stepping in I noticed a peculiar smell and heaps of dust on some of the items. Then I noticed a sofa, with a TV and piles of junk, rotting food and many home appliances. It felt like a hoarding situation and an aura of depression consumed me I have no clue whats going on in your life or how you feel, and I have no business asking as im just a customer, but I want to say this as im unsure anyone else will. You're living in a condition you don't deserve and you might need some help. You were extremely polite to me and seem like an amazing lady, but my heart broke seeing the state of the shop. If there are any counsellors or financial assistance facilities nearby that can give you therapy, please go to them. You deserve to be somewhere which is clean and organised, though I can tell you're going through a rough time in your life. I know you are an absolute angel, you deserve help and love”
