One of my bracelets that I wear everyday snapped and I came in to see if they could help me fix it. I lost my receipt but luckily they were able to find the transaction on my Swarovski account. They then gave me a brand new bracelet because they said I was still covered by the two year warranty! The girls helping me were so professional and really streamlined the entire process. Good store so much variety and at times they have good specials which is great. However the packaging is not great, i had to ask many times for them to give me a nice bag or gift bag then received this!
Poor poor customer service at such a recognized brand. They were in hurry to close the store. Did not provide excellent swarovski packing.
