   I’ve been shopping at Farmers Chartwell for many years, and I must say I was disappointed during my recent visit on the 3 October. One of the girls with long dark hair seemed far more interested in chatting and carrying on with her friend/boyfriend than actually doing her job. She was standing around ignoring her work and people while other customers were waiting and staff were busy. It’s really not a good look for the store. Good on the manager for stepping in and telling her offyou shouldn’t have to keep adult workers in line like that. I’ve always liked shopping at Farmers, but that sort of behaviour really lets the team down and has a bad look. 5 ⭐️ for the manager – Janet

   Loved this store and really enjoyed shopping here, there were some great deals on and marvelous selection. When I got back to my car my daughter messaged asking me to look for an item in Farmers she wanted. It had been a long day and with achy feet I called the store, I spoke to a very helpful young lady in the toy department, she checked that they had the item in stock and took one to the counter ready for me to just pop back in. So helpful and my feet were grateful too! I will be back.

   I had the absolute best shopping experience at Farmers Chartwell! And no, it wasn't just because there was a 60% off sale or because everything I wanted was miraculously in my size (although that definitely helped!). The real reason I had such a great time was because of the amazing staff at Chartwell Farmers. Dian and Solace made it fun, like I was shopping with friends. It had been many years since I last went to an actual store to buy clothes, but after today, I'm definitely coming back! We had some great chats, and I loved how easy and fun they made my experience (you don't get that online!). Not only that, the store itself was immaculately tidy - a couple of women were working tirelessly to return fitting room items to the department. The fitting rooms were very tidy too. That really made a difference, and I just had to thank them too! So thank you, Chartwell Farmers, Dian, Solace and the women putting the clothes back - I can't wait to come back to your store soon!
