   Rude condescending and patronising. Refused to take any responsibility for silver earings which buckled within a week. Same as another review....silver is soft and I must have been too rough. Rubbish. Appalling customer service. Have stopped going there now.

After a terrible experience with another Jeweller who had my stones for over 12 months and still hadn't really even started making the ring, I took my stones to Andrew. Within about 3 weeks he had it done. I was super impressed with the high level of communication regarding design and blown away by the finished product. Thank you so much.

   Got a custom engagement ring made. Ended up being valued at 8000. Gave him my ideas, he said he would do some sketches. Next I hear from him he has made the ring, hasn't done it how we had discussed and wanted me to approve it for the setting of the stone. I didn't have time to get things changed so just ran with it as it was. When we first spoke I wasn't going to need it for 7 weeks so there was more than enough time to do things right. Not only did I not get the ring made as requested and agreed on but the stone came loose after 12 days. Spoke to 4 jewelers both on the US and here in NZ, all said whoever made it did not know how to work with raw gems. Plus side he was friendly and did try to make it work. Even met me on a day hes normally closed as I was working all week at one point.

   Was kind of rude to be honest. Was still having a conversation with him and he walked off to answer the phone or something, told us we have to come back the next day to get watch fitted even though the sign outside says something like "fit while you wait" didn't really seem very professional to me. It's a 5 minute job, lucky we were on the way to the mount and found a guy there who happily did it in 5 minutes. 1 star for this company sorry.
