Always have a lovely time when I visit the Ruby store, the girls are super friendly and helpful. I went in with a friend a couple of months ago, who had some birthday money to spend and the team was super attentive with grabbing her sizes and made the whole experience really fun. Great to see such a range of sizes out on the shop floor too.
I’ve shopped at Ruby on and off over the years but lately this has become my go to store and it’s because of the team here. I love the Ruby Wellington girls - they always help me pick out the perfect pieces! x

Haven’t always had the best experience at RUBY but Skye at the Wellington store was amazing! I was greeted as soon as I came in and she arranged for an item to be sent in from another store since they didn’t have the stock. Thank you Skye you’re a star!

Sent an item back and never received a refund.
Dreadful brand. Would give no stars if possible. I sent a jacket back as there was a fault in either the cut of the sleeve or the cut of the back of the jacket and the shoulder didn't sit perfectly (as it should have for the price I paid). It was returned back with the response that "they'd hung it on a hanger and it had sat fine" so no they wouldn't be replacing it. First and last item I ever bought there. Cut and fit are important especially in items you're paying over $300 for.
