   I’m a big fan of jewelry and often visit different brands, but this store is by far my favorite. From the moment you arrive, you’re made to feel welcome—the security at the entrance is always polite and friendly, which sets a great tone. When I visited last time, I was helped by a sales associate named Allen. My friend and I had just planned to browse casually, but Allen greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm that we ended up staying much longer than expected. He patiently introduced us to a variety of pieces, invited us to sit down, and thoughtfully helped us try things on to see what suited us best. Thanks to his attentive service, I found a necklace that I absolutely love. It was such a pleasant shopping experience that I felt genuinely happy to make the purchase. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Allen, my sales associate, was exceptional – knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to explain each collection in detail and helped me find the perfect piece. I’ve visited VCA many times, and honestly, without Allen, I wouldn’t have made nearly as many purchases. He’s the reason I always come back.

   Visited today to browse my wedding band with my partner. Was quite excited at first until an assistant guy, who is very indifferent and was not even bother to guide us through, I felt quite lost where to look at, with him not saying anything, ever since we sat down. He made us feel that we are wasting his time. I went to spent and to have a great moment to choose something that is important for me but totally ruined everyhting and gave me a second thought about the brand itself. Definately not recommended.

   We recently visited the Van Cleef & Arpels store to browse for wedding bands, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We were assisted by one of the male retail staff. From the moment we walked in, there was neither a warm welcome nor attentive service. The interaction felt indifferent, even bordering on arrogant, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of feeling excited about such a special purchase, we were left with a strong urge to leave the store as quickly as possible. It’s unfortunate, as we were genuinely interested in exploring our options, but after this experience, we won’t consider going back.

   I had the most amazing shopping experience in this super welcoming store. I appreciate that we were recognized the moment we stepped into the store. Special mention to the manager Masako who is very friendly and professional and leads a great team. During consider of choosing a piece from all the eye candies, Masako made us very comfortable and recommended the perfect piece to mix and match my existing VCA collection. This is the place where you can get special treatment.

   Thank you, VCA for coming to NZ! ♥️ It was such a delight to be looked after by Masako in my first ever visit to a VCA store. Everything exceeded my expectations as all my queries were answered and I got to know more about your collection. Masako was very helpful and patient finding out what pieces suit me in the very little time I had. I truly appreciated her genuine desire to help. How I wished I had more time that day. To sum it all up, I flew back home with a very wonderful experience and a beautiful piece for keeps.

I live in south island and Masako and her team assisted me with the purchase of a beautiful necklace. The necklace was safely delivered to me next day. Loved the packaging, attention to detail, and the handwritten card, which I thought was sweet. I am delighted with the service I received, and look forward to visiting the store soon.

   Was waiting for this opening but been seeing the queue outside this time we came in exactly when they opened they get slammed fast. I'm giving 3 as my comparison with my van cleef experience in Singapore was really amazing this time it's different, the lady who greeted us offered if we wanted a tour or looking for something specific it should be a standard to have a complete experience specially it's a new boutique didn't bother to continue suddenly they seem to be everywhere or just doesn't want to assist us when I mentioned I'm after the sweet Al hambra passed us to another SA who assisted us but rushing as she have an appointment I guess our timing wasn't right but I would rather get informed that they can't spend a proper service to you as they have other priorities or work by appointment only than like this . She mentioned they can only take 2 appointments in a day made me feel like we're wasting her time. She was even shocked that we know they're open as she mentioned it's for the Chinese holiday just surprised with this approach
