   Last Monday was looking for a watch for my elderly Mum who has tiny wrists now. The young lady (sorry did not get her name) was very helpful and did not rush us at all even with other customers in the store. Found 1 watch to suit , very happy with service and price. Then while she altered the links for us, I found a lovely watch for myself out of the 3 I liked, purchased 1 and very happy with that buy as well. So Shop 30 Centre Place is good value and lovely service too, think her staff number may be 70857. Thank You :)

   Went in to look at some wedding rings. The sales representative was beyond unhelpful. When we queried at how much the ring would come to, the only response was "its hard to say" with no follow up actions or any further actions to take to find out the price? Not sure how we can commit to purchasing a ring if you cant even find out what the value is?

   17th November: Bought a watch from the store in damaged condition, have been refused a refund or replacement. Watch out for the worker named Karen, she's a nasty old bitter woman with no product knowledge or customer service skills, avoids all accountability and I've got video evidence of her gaslighting me into thinking damage and scuffs on a product come like that straight from Timex or whoever their supplier is, when in fact I've seen others reviewed online without these marks. Update: Issue has been resolved but no thanks to this store, in fact Karen attempting to polish it with her crusty "polishing cloth" made it worse.

   Had a very mixed experience with this branch. When first buy a ring from them, I received great and friendly service and quick delivery. However less than a month later when my insurance company needed to contact them and organize a replacement. The insurance company and my self were given the aggravating and unnecessary muck around I have ever experienced. We were repeatedly given incorrect information, told things were done when they were not, requested to give the information that had already been give and not recorded, meet with staff that were not properly trained to do there job and generally poor phone service all round. In the end we did receive our ring and the companies apologies but only after speaking directly to the store manager. What should have been an a straight foward and easy transaction turned into a month long streeful ordeal of long and repeated phone calls and follow ups. Pascos may provide nice products for a nice price, but this experience has put me off using there services every again.
