   I came by at 9 a.m. and it was closed, so I went for a short walk. I came back at 9:10, still closed. I passed by a third time at 9:20 and it was still closed. I think they should update the opening hours shown on Google so people don’t waste their time coming here expecting service and ending up disappointed and empty-handed.

   I usually enjoy visiting Lovisa at Albany Mall — it’s one of my favourite places to shop. However, during my recent visit, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the checkout assistants who came across as quite unfriendly and dismissive. She didn’t provide me with a bag for my purchase, and I had to return to the counter to ask for one. Thankfully, another staff member kindly offered to help. I’ve always appreciated the great service at this store, but unfortunately, today’s experience was disappointing.

   Got my 7 year old daughters ears peirced at Albany today, and Mackenzie was absolutely amazing with her! My daughter was very scared and anxious, and Mackenzie was so patient with her and very supportive and had great techniques to gain trust. Perfect experience and now a VERY happy little girl, thank you!

   I am shocked at the sales assistance who don’t acknowledge you or even say hello. I walked in here and got totally ignored even when I signalled for some assistant. I went to the till and asked the employee if she enjoyed working there as she looked so unhappy and she said NO she doesn’t. Not the best look for a brand. I also asked for my receipt to be sent to my email after as this is a service that is provided and she took it down but she clearly choose not to send it to me.

   10/10 recommend shopping here. I am a regular shopper at this store and i keep coming back to due to a specific member of staff- i believe her name is Han or Hannah (the store manager). She always goes above and beyond to ensure customers are greeted and asked if they require any assistance. I have been shopping in this store for many years and i believe she has also been working there for quite some time now. She is always there with a smile on her face ready to help me. Although she is often working by herself she still manages to give all customers a high level of customer service and the store always looks pristine! If higher management sees this review i believe she deserves some recognition for the customer service and store standards she upholds, that level of service is hard to find these days!

   Could be better, what happened to your gift wrapping service or is this only in SA. Also your employee from Saturday's shift, 24 September can do with abit of kindness, courtesy and friendliness, I am a regular customer and have always had good experiences from previous purchases and your other stores. Who knows maybe she had a bad day, but should be given some training. She is too short with her customers, we should be able to ask questions without receiving the brush off!!
