   I purchased a ring a week ago & it wasn't my style so I called & they were happy for me to exchange it.. it was a very beautiful ring but the style wasn't practical.. when I came in today with my son,  the sales person Frazer was very patient while I picked another style.. the service was excellent & I even got a discount.. the ring is very beautiful & suits my other rings.. thankyou for taking the time to help.. 10 out of 10!    Called up on the phone to ask for rough price on a loan of a s10 Samsung phone told we don't do phones I thought pawn shop brought anything that allowed a profit obviously I was wrong got a deal at cash converters guy on the phone was abrupt and acted like I was scum I am sorry but from that experience cant give more than 1 star
