“Corey got onto the job straight away (was out of normal business hours) and communicated well throughout the process. Good company to deal with.”
“Fonecare Mobile Shop went above and beyond, leaving me pleasantly surprised. The salesman didn't simply sell me a car holder. Even a simple car holder, he went the extra mile by showcasing various options, laying out their strengths and weaknesses with the precision of a surgeon's scalpel. Their professionalism and customer service are truly in a league of their own. I would enthusiastically endorse them to anyone in need”
“Every different workman and woman from all of the different rolls were exceptional. The organizational needed to talk to his tradespeople before booking them into time slots with constantly we were told one time that they would be there. Eg told 8am but didn't arrive till 4pm. Apart from that one issue we are really happy with the new bathroom. Once the final 2 tasks paint touchup and shower dome installation. Payment will be once work is completed.”
“Pak’nSave Westgate is a newer and tidier branch that still sticks to the chain’s signature no-frills vibe. It’s built for budget shoppers, but it feels a bit more modern compared to some of the older locations. If you’re in the West Auckland area, it’s one of the better options when it comes to balancing affordability with a clean, roomy shopping experience. The store is spacious, well laid out, and usually well-stocked. Aisles are wide, which helps with the flow of foot traffic even during peak hours. It’s still a very practical setup — shelves packed high, lots of bulk products, and nothing fancy in terms of presentation — but everything’s easy to find. Prices are, as always with Pak’nSave, the main draw. You can save quite a bit here, especially on pantry staples, meat, and cleaning products. The produce section is usually decent, with a good range of fruit and veg, though the freshness can still vary day to day. The meat section offers plenty of variety at a decent price point, and the bakery’s got all the basics — bread, rolls, and the usual treats. Staff are generally helpful if you approach them, though it’s still a self-service kind of environment. Don’t expect heaps of interaction, but they’ll assist you if you ask. The checkout area is usually well-staffed, and self-service options are available for smaller shops. Queues move fairly quickly even when it’s busy. Parking is pretty good at Westgate. There’s plenty of space, and it’s easy to get in and out of the carpark compared to other branches. Being part of a large shopping complex also means you can tick off other errands while you’re in the area. Just like other Pak’nSaves, you might find some differences between what’s online and what’s actually in store, so it’s best to shop with a bit of flexibility. Overall, Pak’nSave Westgate is a strong performer. It’s clean, spacious, and reliable for those who want to get a big shop done without overspending. It’s still a no-frills setup, but it feels a little more polished than the older branches, which makes for a smoother experience all round.”

“Friendly staff and good prices, easy parking at the door.”
“Ordered some soap dispensers. Stock was out but amazingly got a phone call advising this with various options for me. With stock not far away waiting was best and the dispensers were delivered earlier than expected. Great to have some good old fashioned customer service. Thanks.”
“As always this little shop has most things crammed in it, can always find what your looking for when you dont want to go out of town... a bonus that the staff are very friendly”
“Great service, great price. Wider range and cheaper price than many other kitchenware goods store in Auckland. Highly recommend for their fantastic service.”
“Mighty ape you’ve done it again!! I ordered a year back when I discovered your business and had a pleasant experience. I don’t need to buy much but decided to order through you for some Christmas shopping. I had a delightful experience. I opted to collect my items and didn’t have to wait any longer than a minute!!! I was blown away by the efficiency. The girl whom I spoke to, I believe her name was Sadie, was very kind and we shared a laugh. All the workers roaming around were very welcoming and respectful. Amazing business you’ve got here. I will definitely purchase some more for end of year sales. Thank you mighty ape .”

“I have had a few dealings with this store over the last couple of months and spent a lot of money on 3d printers and consumables. Dealt with both the young manager and slightly older sales staff member. Found them both extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager is very accommodating and patient (I had numerous questions that he helped with). I would highly recommend this store. They even have their own parking which in the city is amazing.”
“Nice friendly staff with lots to choose from”
“I love this shop. You must check expiry dates as some of the products are cheap because they are expired. Otherwise, you can find good deals. I go there to buy snacks and household products.”
“Just got lotto and the young lady that served me was so welcoming and friendly.”
“It's a really friendly New World it's a bit further than our local one but we worth the trip. Fresh meats, pies, pastries and great selection of fruit and veggies it also has ready made section that has a fantastic fresh bowl with rice, edamame and chicken.”

“The team here support the local LEGO group, if you're after LEGO, look no further. On multiple occasions I have contacted them to express interest in yet to be released sets. They have taken down my contact details, set the item aside when stock came in, then called me back to let me know it's ready. Kudos to whatever system to they're using to keep track of these requests, as sometimes the products haven't reached NZ until months after my initial contact. To top it all off they even ensure you get your desired minifig in the blind bags. The prices can be a little higher than the likes of Kmart or The Warehouse, but it's worth it.”
“Great customer service. Was very happy.”
“Jesse helped me load up my tractor tyres onto my trailer for me. Thanks mate!”
“So welcoming and friendly happy to return”
“Great friendly staff, who don't push a sale on you. Highly recommend”
“This is one of the best two dollar shops around.”
“The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. When i couldn't find something they went out of their way to help. In the end they found it out the back for me and I was very grateful. The store is immaculate and well presented”
“Wow, it's a huge warehouse and they have so many great things! I really liked it, but the prices are a bit higher than the competition. However, I recommend you try it. The staff are very friendly and you can ask them about anything. One employee even helped me with something outside the warehouse.”
“Heathcotes is always my first go-to for appliances. Service is always excellent. Great range of products & it's a NZ company. Thanks Graham for your help!”
