Wow, it's a huge warehouse and they have so many great things! I really liked it, but the prices are a bit higher than the competition. However, I recommend you try it. The staff are very friendly and you can ask them about anything. One employee even helped me with something outside the warehouse.
Usually good, however today massive attitude and zero care to help when looking for a product. Advised the product was on the website to then get abruptly told doesn’t mean we have it. I then advised you do and she searched….. I made comment it is and then gave up as she clearly didn’t know her products nor had the care to engage and help. I think she forgot she was in a customer service role? Let the Christmas fun begin.
Bought large $300 floor rug, got sent some little cheap temu looking thing worth $50-$100. Now have to wait almost a week to get the one I wanted delivered. 1st time ever dealing with TeRapa Hamilton store & it will be the last . Photo of what I wanted vs to what I got.
There are many items here, and some are cheaper, such as lily seeds. We had breakfast in the cafe inside. The service staff was friendly and the food was fresh and good. We are vegetarians and they were willing to prepare something else for us. Thank you
They have staff everywhere to assist you. Staff are friendly and patient. When we found a better product they kindly put another product away for us. With 4 checkouts, wait time is minimal. Well done Mitre 10 team.
Poor service, mostly. And the Customer Care Woman sounded like the Top Bully. I do not recommend. I have spoken with HQ as the manager of this store failed to return my call.
Recently we renovated our kitchen. We met with Vilis Patel, Mitre 10 Mega Te Rapa kitchen designer, who created a 3D concept for us. He was very patient, understanding and extremely helpful as we made decisions, the final outcome being we now have a kitchen which suits our requirements perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble. All the components were delivered to our installer on time enabling the kitchen to be installed without a hitch. The end result is just like the concept design Vilis created. Thanks Vilis.
The staff are very polite & efficient. There is always someone close by to ask help from. If that staff member can't help you, they will call another member for you. I love how big the isles are. I'm also a fan of the Columbus Cafe. The staff here are the same as the warehouse staff, very polite & efficient. Their food is amazing & the prices are suitable for the quality. We didn't wait long for our food & our order was quite substantial. I also use my afterpay account often & Mitre10 mega is on the afterpay list.
Great convenient location, situated away from busy Mall traffic. Plenty parking at front and you can avoid the crowds and save time by visiting early in the morning or towards end of the day. Impressive large store. We have been using the store for several years now. The service is good but not consistent. It depends on the time of the day and who serves you. Good staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Bad ones would want to flob you off asap by telling you " go down to that aisle”. Or they would just walked right past you, even with eye contact, they carried on waking and ignore you. When they have specials , the ”Knockdown price” specials are really good. And when this is on reputable brands, there is no point to go to Bunnings. Overall, we would recommend others to visit the store.
